You already paid for the work to be done…so why should you pay yearly to keep the warranty? Like with all systems there are things to keep clean like gutters and grates to keep your warranty valid.
If you sell your home our Warranty Transfer can be done in 3 easy steps and can be done by the buyer or seller. 1. Send AquaProof a copy of the Settlement Statement showing that the house was purchased/sold in the last 60 days. 2. Enclose a check made payable to AquaProof for $200 for a one-time transfer fee. 3. Enclose the new homeowner’s contact information. Once all three things have been received we will mail out a Warranty to the new owner in their name.
