Just looking through my emails and remembering the work you and your team did at our house last year. Wanted to let you know everything is functioning wonderfully and we are so happy we had Aquaproof do the work. Our dehumidifier is now operating less frequently and our basement smells normal now! We used to empty our dehumidifier once per day (50 pints) and now we empty it ~ once per month. We had to trench our backyard to give the water a place to go because there was SO much of it! Thankfully your system is working hard to keep our basement WATERPROOF !

AquaProof did a fantastic job on our basement (back in 2008) - which had several large cracks on two sides of our basement.  Currently our basement is doing very well - and we are very happy that we selected AquaProof.  We have referred AquaProof to two other families - and their basements are now in great shape.  The working 'crew' is very efficient and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend this business and give them FIVE STARS!!!

For this I thank you. After Jack Nieland built our house, Merrill Lynch threw away our savings and others advised us incorrectly regarding our wet basement, then walked away. I was losing faith in humanity. Since you were true to your word our basement seems to dry. It would have been easy to walk away from this dreadful job... you didn't!

Very Impressed

After getting an estimate of $20,000+ from a well known company that promises to keep your basement forEVER DRY, I decided to call Aquaproof for a second opinion and i'm glad I did. Gil came over and immediately identified the problem, something the guy from the other company did not do. He seemed more interested in selling me something that I really did not need. Even though they were extremely busy and booked solid for two months, Gil was able to arrange for a crew to come on a weekend and they solved the problem. Have not seen a drop of water since, in spite of all the rain. And oh by the way, I saved over $18k in the process. Kudos to Gil and his crew, who were very professional and honest.

A huge "THANKS" to the crew who were here today.  They did a great job, great clean-up,were very professional plus a little humor.

To our surprise the system got a test only 2 days after install with a storm dropping 4.3 inches of rain in a matter of hours.  In the past we would have been running that wet/dry vac  but not a drop of water down there, sump pump work quietly too.  Yippeee,  so glad we can refinish our basement and feel confident we won't have to worry about wet carpet ever again.  Thank you so much~  the Haerr's.

AquaProof did a great foundation repair job on our home at 2905 Perthwood Drive, Cincinnati.   Ranch house.  I'm sure you will recall the job as it probably wasn't one of your easier ones because of the grading and other issues.   I don't even bother to look in the basement anymore when we have heavy rainstorms

I can't say enough about AquaProof.  I had window wells that would not drain and then water would seep in through my glass block windows.  Nothing I did on my own fixed the problem.

I tried to receive estimates from two companies.  The first company came out to my residence but couldn't give me an estimate at the time.  They wanted to come out after the snow was off of the ground to check the lay of the land.  When I called them back they never returned my calls.

I was referred to AquaProof by a friend.  An appointment was made within a couple days and the work was done within a week after the appointment.

The crew that fixed my problem was professional, hardworking and got the job done right the first time.  When they left my yard looked great.  I expected it to be a mess.

My basement made it through the April rains of over 8".  I did not get one drop of water in the basement.

I would recommend AquaProof to anyone.  The staff was great, the job was done right and it was a reasonable price.

I originally came across Aquaproof in 2007 when I started to remodel my basement.  I was about 50% complete when I found out that our home had a minor water problem in our basement.  This minor problem was causing a major problem with our plans for a finished basement.  We contacted Aquaproof and another company.  The salesman for the other company came out first and gave us a huge estimate that blew our budget so much we considered abandoning the project.  Then we spoke to Aquaproof and they gave us an estimate which only was for work we actually needed.  They worked with us every step of the way exceeding all of our expectations.  They were definitely the right choice.  It has been 4 years now and we have been enjoying our dry basement ever since.
